Andries is the founder and owner of Champion Fitness, a fitness training company travelling to clients’ homes, gyms or offices to help them reach their own individual fitness goals. Besides being a qualified personal trainer, Andries is a specialist kettlebell instructor, holding a Level II StrongFirst, School of Strength certificate. He also has certificates in Suspension and Bootcamp Training.
Mali is an ActioYoga and Yogaflex instructor, Mind Body Nutrition Coach, Speaker, Facilitator, Sports Nutritionist and Business owner. For her, fitness is not about having a six pack and tight bum. It is also about a healthy mind. A healthy mind is the cornerstone of a healthy body. Her fitness tip is to harness your mind and be the gate keeper of your mind. Taz is a fitness instructor specializing in feminine fitness and flexibility. She created Wisdom+Wellness as a platform to share her love for physical and mental wellbeing through wellness events, classes and online content. With a history in Rhythmic gymnastics, aerial acrobatics and dance she creates full body workouts aimed at increasing strength, flexibility and poise.
Qualified Group Fitness Trainer for the past 17 years. My parents owned the local gym where we lived so I grew up in a fitness environment and they saw potential in me and invested in me. Known as the Booty Camp Queen, Slim keeps her workouts fun and simple.= Slim's personal fitness journey started after years of being teased for being skinny. She decided to stop making excuses and try taking fitness seriously. She is now a qualified personal trainer. Health and fitness has changed her life - mentally and physically.
Mika has hosted several HIIT events at various Planet Fitness clubs in Johannesburg and Pretoria, completing the first Planet Fitness HIIT tour with Mika Stefano. He is also a master trainer at SWEAT 1000 based in Johannesburg, where he has taught over 4000 different people. He has studied with TriFocus Fitness Academy and is a proud Biogen, New Balance, Planet Fitness and Trifocus Academy ambassador. He is also a regular fitness presenter on eTV’s new show, The Morning Show.
Lucas is an international fitness presenter, NLP and Life Coach and Master trainer for Strong by Zumba with over 25 years industry experience. He has presented classes in India, Poland, Italy, Ireland, Vietnam as well as Zumba Convention in Miami. Lucas has appeared and featured on numerous SA TVand radio shows. He presents Zumba fitness on Expresso and is SAfm's exercise specialist. He was recently appointed as Group Exercise Manager at Virgin Active Bedfordview.
Potso has been in the industry for just under 10 years , she's a qualified Group exercise instructor, personal trainer and exercise and pregnancy instructor. She loves helping people get healthy through exercise .
Justin is 49 years old, an ex British marine commando and gym owner. He started Metafit in 2008 and it was the first branded group HIIT workout. It is now in 29 countries and has over 10000 coaches. His workouts are functional and two key elements are TECHNIQUE and range of motion to see your best results. He has since developed MetaPWR and MetaPRO which will be coming to SA soon (MetaPRO being launched at FIBO Africa).

I am currently the PILOXING®️ Master Trainer for South Africa. I have always been involved in sport and gymnastics during school but once I left high school, life took me on a very different path. In 2011, I weighed a whopping 85kg at the time of my second child’s birth and decided that I drastically needed to do something about my weight as I was very unhappy in my body. Found that clean living and exercise was what I needed and that is how I found my way into the fitness world.
As a life coach Zahra merges emotional healing with physical movement into her programs. Zahra infused her years of martial arts experience with pilates and Yoga to create unique, fun and inspiring training sessions with a positive, powerful impact on her clients.
