I am a 25 year-old personal trainer with a passion for transforming and empowering others. Five years ago, I decided to change my lifestyle and fully immerse myself in fitness and health. Since then I have completely changed my physique, competed as a men's physique competitor and influenced many people to also change their lives. 

What does Fitness mean to you?
Everything. Focusing on my health changed my life and made me who I am today.

What are your top two fitness tips?
1. Give it your 100% and enjoy it.
2. Diet is everything.

How did you find your fit in fitness?
I was extremely skinny and decided to challenge myself and gave myself one year to change my body. One year later I competed at the Rossi Classic placing in the Top 5 in a line up of 40 guys.

What is your advice to someone who is wanting to start their fitness journey?
Put your mind to it and start. Set yourself goals and start. It’s you vs you.
