Lucas Mthenjane is an international fitness presenter, NLP and Life Coach and Master Trainer for Strong by Zumba. He has over 25 years industry experience. He has presented classes and trained in India, Poland, Italy, Ireland, Vietnam as well as Miami at the Zumba Convention.
Lucas has been on numerous SA TV and radio shows. He has done Zumba classes on Expresso and is SAfm's as exercise specialist. He has recently been appointed as Group Exercise Manager at Virgin Active Bedfordview.

FIBO Africa is about setting trends and educating people about how to choose different forms of fitness.
What are your top two fitness tips?
1. Train hard and play hard.
2. Eat balanced and don’t forget to cheat once in a while, you only live once!
How did your fitness journey start?
My mom introduced me to aerobics in a school hall back in the 90s.
What is your advice to someone wanting to start their fitness journey?
Anyone wishing to start a fitness journey should consult a personal trainer and get good foundation on training, consult a nutritionist on healthy eating and read books on fitness.
