David is a passionate sportsman. After playing football professionally, he turned his attention to Sport Science and Skills Coaching to pass on his love for the game. He works with athletes from eight years-old to national football players, The passion and drive to improve and maximize these players' potential is always his goal. He currently coaches for Coerver South Africa and The South African Football Association.

The world of fitness goes far beyond body building and muscles. Sport Science and conditioning has many aspects and FIBO Africa will bring all those factors under one roof.

What are your top two fitness tips?
Find the fitness you enjoy and love. Fitness that you dread won't be long term. Fitness you love will be sustainable and will get you the results you want.

How did your fitness journey start?
I started playing football when I was six and since then it has always played a major aspect of my life. Studying Sport Science was the next step in taking my passion for fitness forward.
