The thought-provoking talks were all about living positively and conquering your fears, coupled with the benefits of a healthy body and mind.
The MyFitness Games were intensely competitive as mixed male and female teams battled it out to become the standout functional fitness team of the year.

At the FIBO FitStudio, workouts included Metafit Pro, Barre, HIIT Explosion, Strong by Zumba and Booty Camp. Over at the Origin Fitness Studio an explosion of workouts were on offer from Gunning, to Speed Kinetix and Lisa Raleigh’s AB workout and Rebounding..
The crowds were in awe at the NPL stand as some of South Africa`s top power lifters and strongmen demonstrated their amazing feats of strength including pulling the NPL Arctic Conversion Truck Fleet!
Our very own fitfluencer, Natasha Kisten-Skuce AKA Fit Like Mummy, showcased her holistic and inspiring journey from fat to fit in her big Reveal which took place on the FitWear Catwalk.
